b) após a entrevista (por telefone)

c) após eu ter confirmado que aceitava a bolsa
"dear e.
great news! concerning all adminstrative aspects, may i ask you to get in touch with b. (e-mail above), who is the secretary of the institute. she will take care of everything concerning your contract, work permit etc. please note that she will be away most of august, so you may want to get in touch with her soon.
